Excerise-- The Update

Ok so I don't have much to really talk about interms of Getting pageant ready but what I have learned that inorder to have that wonderful body that most people talk about for pageants you have to work out all the time. Ok so we have established that right??? well I thought that since I am taking this exercise class, and I have a Wii fit and i used is sparingly that i should use it in conjunction to my physical conditioning class. and so I brought Wii active as it is a program that has a more intense workout then the typical Wii Fit workout. What is did not realize is that you should be careful about what days you choose to use the program. So i decided to do the 30 day fitness challenge, which i enjoy it includes, aerobics, boxing, running, and other various exercises for a short 30min workout that is sure to energize you and provide you with a amazing workout. But I being the smart person that I am decided at 3am about 3 weeks ago now on a Monday night going into tuesday that I would use my Wii Active! Well that was a Horrible move, not only did i get a Great workout but I then forgot that I had my wonderful Gym class at 8AM !!! So yeah i completely overworked every muscle in my lower body, and after my class i could not sit stand or walk for about 7 days. I am usually the crazy person who loves the burn of a great workout but this was soo painful that I literally had to take off for a weak and let my muscles heal or I could have done some serious damage, and that would have been counter productive to my workout plan. I also have to say this, I am a very small framed women, so  my plan in my workout scheme is not to loose weight, I am very happy with how much I weight, I am simply working out to tone my body. In addition, i just recently learned in my gym class that working out at least 30 minutes a day is a productive way to limit and lesson the effects of heart disease, high blood pressure which can lead to stroke and many other illnesses in addition to healthy eating. It is also a great way to reduce stress, increase focus and insure mental and physical health. It is quite relaxing to see how much 30 minutes of exercise can do to really help keep the body in top shape. I will begin to soon upload my current workout plans. and I am still looking for a photographer to take my initial set of photo's. Well I hope all is well and we will chat soon!!!
